Nick studied under Antony Eyton and Eaun Uglow at Camberwell School of art and is an accomplished artist having exhibited at the Royal Academy, Royal Portrait Society, South London Art Gallery, PICA (Perth) and Fremantle Art Centre in Western Australia.  Nick will take you through the essentials of preparing the canvas or panel, refining Renaissance and contemporary ground colours, setting out the pallet and mixing characteristics according to the light and the famous luminosity of Italy.

Your days will include:
Drawing at the Parmigiano Reggiano maker’s house
Walk in the hills – Painting in utopia

Drawing the rocky mines, masons villages and trails

The green hillside Pilgrims path

The hillside 11th cent hamlet


Gourmet Lunch – Food and wine tasting (Prosciutto di Parma, Culatello, Tortelli and Malvasia wines)
Painting the Castle and valley

It is a fabulous experience that can be tailored from 3 days to 5  or 7.  There is so much to see and paint!
